Chef & Owner Peter Charalambous started his culinary journey at a very young age. Having grown up in a family of restauranteurs, Peter cultivated a love for food. He went on to the Art Institute of New York City were he received his formal training. He honed his skills working in several fine dining restaurants. However, his true passion was sparked at the Maple Leaf Diner in Maplewood, NJ. There he learned the managing side of the restaurant business and realized he wanted to one day own a diner.

On January 1, 2015 Chef Peter’s dreams were realized when that first customer sat down to order his meal. Since then, Peter has been serving his interpretations of classic diner dishes.
